Ongoing Operations, LLC
As consultants and equity holders, Cyber Capital Partners augments the Ongoing Operations (OGO) executive team in the role of Executive Vice President (OGO already had an operations focused CFO). Cyber Capital Partners augmented Ongoing Operations’ executive team in the role of strategic advisor, investor relations, executive representative at board meetings and investment banker.
Ongoing Operations provides managed cyber and cloud services to credit unions. Alongside the founder, Cyber Capital Partners developed a five year turn-around strategy, presented the plan to the 20 credit unions that invest in OGO, and secured a recapitalization that allowed the company to continue operating, resulting in 3 consecutive years of double digit growth and a return to profitability. In the next phase of the relationship, Cyber Capital Partners will be securing growth capital and managing key strategic partnerships. We are active on this engagement and maintain close relationships with the lead investors and the full board and executive team.
TruShield Security Solutions, Inc.
As consultants and equity holders, Cyber Capital Partners augmented TruShield’s executive team in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
TruShield is a security operations center for law firms, federal agencies and credit unions. As a result of high overhead costs with a growing revenue base, TruShield found itself needing to recover from years of being underfunded. Cyber Capital Partners developed a financing plan, renegotiated and resolved a myriad of past obligations with lenders, landlords, vendors and tax agencies, and recapitalized the company through a sale to Sunstone Capital Partners. The founder is very satisfied with the results that Cyber Capital Partners achieved for his business. We remain close with the founder.
As consultants, Cyber Capital Partners augmented Secure Mountain’s executive team in the role of CFO.
Secure Mountain is an underground data center project developed to support the US Intelligence Community’s cloud computing needs. Cyber Capital Partners provided detailed financial modeling and support to the CEO and CTO in their pursuit of the multi-billion Intelligence Community Data Center (ICDC) contract.
Cyber Capital Partners assembled and managed a team of investors that backed Secure Mountain’s unsuccessful bid—they lost to Amazon Web Services. We remain close with the executive team and investors.
